Feeling Nostalgic

For our first blog post on our new and improved website, we thought it would be nice to share a bit of our history: the renovation of our location on 10th Street from an unoccupied check cashing space to the shop as you know it today.  With the opening of our second location in Queen Village, a lot of memories are flooding back, so we thought it would be nice to take a look back at the work we did to get the first store open to appreciate how far we’ve come over the years.  For those of you who are new to Litterpaw, thank you for choosing us.  For those of you who have been with us from the beginning, thank you for your support all these years.

As you will see, it didn’t look like much at first, if anything it was downright intimidating.   Ilya and I both saw potential on the block, loved the neighborhood and looking beyond the clutter, knew this would make a great home for our future store (and eventually Punky).

We lost a lot of pictures over the years due to old cell phones and computers dying and frying and some of what we do have are just to blurry to share, so there are some time jumps in the slideshow, but there is still plenty of content to share.

For now, take a look at where we started and reach out if you have any questions.  We hope you enjoy.
