-Availability: able to work weekends and holidays – we are busiest when people are traveling
-Transportation: reliable means of traveling to visits
-Communication: good written communication skills
-Conscientiousness: clients’ cats and homes are in our care
-Reliability: able to commit to completing a sitting assignment
-Stability: clients enjoy having the same sitter each time they book  – this is a part-time job with a long-term commitment
